Dead Sea Sponges
A kinder, gentler scrub than its feisty vegetable cousin, the loofah, and the perfect accompaniment to Artisan soap!
Fun Fact #1: A properly cared for* dead sea sponge is permeated with natural enzymes that inhibit bacteria, mold and mildew. Most artificial sponges are made from petroleum, impregnated with a disinfectant (usually triclosan, a pesticide), and become infested with bacteria + mildew in less than a week (ick)
Fun Fact #2: Sea sponges are sustainably harvested.
Bathe yourself with one, get another for dishes, home cleaning, or to wash your car
