...so if the lotion is SOLID, how do I use it?
Easy peasy, pal!
I scrape off a small bit of lotion with the back of a thumbnail, allowing it to melt between my fingers for a moment before massaging into my cuticles/fingertips, working down hands, arms, etc. Allow a minute to fully absorb, then return to my laptop/smartphone/steering wheel* with soft, great smelling, moisturized (non-greasy) hands.
